That is vaguely reminiscent of the Flatiron Building in Manhattan

I believe the Flatiron building in Manhattan was inspired by this one, Grace. There's another much larger building much like Manhattan's just down the street (Esplanade) from the Flatiron in Toronto.

Thanks, Becky. Photos from the Flickr pool belong to the people who took them. However, any non-pool photos with my byline are, in fact, by me. :) I use a Canon Powershot SX10IS and have been a big fan of the Powershot series since I bought my first pocket cam. :)
